Banana parfait

Parfait is a traditional dessert of French cuisine. Its name translates as irreproachable, beautiful and it is usually made of cream, whipped with sugar, vanillin and fruit puree, which are then frozen. In principle, this delicacy can be made from almost any fruit and berries, but today we will tell you how to prepare parfait from bananas. It perfectly combines a tender, sweetish banana flavor and a rich aroma.

In a bowl, beat the egg with egg yolks to form a foam. Separate boil a little water, pour sugar into it and cook for 1 minute. Now gently pour the hot syrup into the egg mass, stirring well, throw the grated orange peel and vanilla pulp. After this, put the bowl in a cold water bath and stir it with a hand mixer until it is completely cooled. Then add the amaretto and rum to the mass. Bananas are cleaned, grind them through a fine strainer and sprinkle with lemon juice. We put the finished banana puree to the mass, inject the whipped cream well and stir. The form is covered with food film, we fill it with the mixture obtained and put it into the freezer for the night. Before serving, turn the parfait from the dish into a dish, remove the film and cut into slices.

In the blender, add the peeled banana, add the cottage cheese, sour cream, half of the broken chocolate and sprinkle the powdered sugar. We carefully beat everything into a homogeneous, lush mass, lay it out on the molds and freeze it. Before serving, we lower them for a few seconds in hot water and release the dessert. The remaining chocolate is melted in a water bath, we put the parfait on the plates, decorate with banana slices and pour chocolate.
