Fatush salad with tuna

Lettuce salad will be very tasty with tuna. We take 4 pieces of fresh fish (weight of each slice 125 - 150 g), spread on the grill grate, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Tuna is fried on the grill for 3 minutes on one side, then turn over and cook for another 3 minutes. We serve the facade with chilled noble fish, which, with its texture, resembles a high-quality meat.

If you do not have in stock pita, or pita, you can use white bread, baguette or unsweetened loaf. If he is a bit stale - even better! Fry the diced bread in vegetable oil until golden in color. Brynza is a perfect substitute for brine cheese (for example, feta). In some variations of the salad recipe, the fattish of brynza or cheese is not put at all. If desired, you can add radish to the set of vegetables that make up the salad.
