Now, in a frying pan, where meat is stewed, we spread garlic, nuts, chicken and thoroughly mix everything. Next, pour in dissolved gelatin and again stir thoroughly. After that, take a 1.5 liter plastic bottle, wash it and dry it. We cut off the neck with it and pour out the contents of the frying pan, carefully ramming it. We remove chicken brawn in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours, and then gently remove the bottle with a knife.

In a smaller saucepan we lay vegetables, meat, peppercorns, drop dry spices , salt and laurel leaves. Then pour dry gelatin and mix everything thoroughly. In a large saucepan pour the water and put it on the fire. When the liquid boils, we put a pan of meat in it, cover it with a lid and clip it for 2 hours. While the dish is prepared, watch carefully for the water in the bottom pan and pour it on as it boils.

After a lapse of time, we shift the meat into any suitable container, taking out the laurel leaves and peas of pepper. Well, everything is tamped, we pour the remaining broth and install the right load on top. Now we remove the brawn from the chicken with the vegetables in the fridge and wait about 8 hours.
