In China, various dishes from pork are very popular. Pork in Chinese in any form is delicious, but especially in sweet and sour sauce. This dish is not too difficult to prepare, however, a certain skill is required, try to follow the recipe and everything will turn out.
How to cook pork in Chinese?
Ingredients:
- grams of 600 lean pork;
- 1 tablespoon of starch (better than corn or rice);
- 1 egg (protein);
- 2 sweet peppers;
- 1 hot pepper;
- 1-2 carrots;
- 1 onion (better red);
- 2-4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 spine of fresh ginger;
- 150 grams of green beans.
- a little vegetable oil for frying (it is better to use sunflower mixed with sesame);
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar;
- soy vinegar;
- rice vinegar or lemon juice;
- greens - to taste.
Preparation:
So, pork in Chinese. The recipe is classic. Pork is cut into small cubes or short thick straws. Ginger clean and cut into small slices. Prepare a marinade of soy sauce and vinegar. Add a little sugar and add, mix. Lay the meat in the marinade, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour or two. When the meat is missed, throw it into a colander or a napkin to remove excess marinade. We'll take egg white, fill the starch with a separate flat plate. Preparing pork in a frying pan in Chinese requires some skill. We will heat a deep frying pan, pour oil (you can cook on pork fat with the addition of sesame oil) and slightly burn it. Add the chopped garlic and fresh ginger slices, fry until golden brown (on medium heat) and remove from the frying pan. We will bring the fire to the maximum. Each piece of meat is first dipped in protein, then breaded in starch and - on a hot frying pan. Fry, periodically shaking the frying pan or stirring with a spatula, until golden brown. This takes 2-4 minutes. Fried meat is put into a plate and covered with a lid.
Adding vegetables
Carrots clean and cut into strips. Pepper will be washed, we will remove seeds and septums. Pepper is also cut into strips. Sharp pepper chop as much as possible. Beans are sorted, cut off the tips, washed and thrown back to the colander. We chop the onions into rings or rings. Prepared in this way vegetables fry (just fry, and not passeruem!) On maximum heat, shaking intensively and stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add the meat to the pan and fry, shaking, no more than 1 minute. Pork in Chinese with vegetables is ready. - 300 grams of pineapple (can be used canned);
- 1 tablespoon corn starch;
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 2 teaspoons of natural vinegar (or lemon juice);
- 30 grams of sugar;

- garlic.
