Rice soak in cold water for 1 hour. At this time, rice vinegar, sugar and salt is heated until the dissolution of the solid ingredients, and after cooling.

Rice pour 360 ml of water, put on a plate, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes under the lid, then reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Ready to let the rice stand under the lid for 10 minutes, after adding vinegar, and stir. Salmon thoroughly washed under cold water, cleaned of skin and bones, cut into thin strips and mixed with avocado oil and sesame seeds. We leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Cucumber is peeled and cut into strips. Similarly we do with avocado.

On the nori sheet with wet hands, put half the rice and spread it over the entire surface. From above distribute a layer of cucumber, then avocado and salmon. We repeat the procedure again. Let the cake stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and afterwards - serve.

Rice for sushi is boiled, according to the tips from the previous recipe, and fill with a mixture of vinegar, salt and sugar.

Avocado cleanse from the skin and cut into thin plates, boiled shrimps are cleaned from the shell, and the fish are washed and cut into thin strips. Eggs beat together with salt and fry thin egg pancakes, which afterwards must also be cut into strips. The cooled rice is divided into 4 parts with wet hands. On the nori sheet we lay the first part of rice, followed by a layer of shrimp, avocado, mayonnaise, and again a layer of nori, which is then covered with rice, salmon, mayonnaise and egg pancakes. The last again goes the layer of nori, then rice and mayonnaise. The last layer is decorated with 3 kinds of caviar (for example, white and dyed (black) pike caviar, and red caviar) and serve sushi cake to the table without forgetting to cool for 30-50 minutes.

Rice boil and season with a warmed mixture of rice vinegar, salt and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of vassabi (preferably powder) and chopped green onions. Add the sauce to the mixture of boiled and chopped crab meat and shrimp, mix thoroughly.

Nori sheets are calcined in a frying pan without oil for 30 seconds, to enhance the taste. On the layer of oilcloth lay ¼ of the cooled rice and spread it with your hands. Next, put a sheet of nori, on which we distribute 1/4 of the rice with wet hands and smear it with a spicy sauce. Next is a layer of crab meat and shrimp, 1/4 rice and again nori.
