Spaghetti with chicken in creamy sauce

Usually cooked spaghetti (as well as other pasta or, as they say in Europe, other kinds of pasta), we usually eat with something. For example, with stewed vegetables, mushrooms, seafood, with grated cheese. Spaghetti is also quite harmoniously combined with various meat dishes as a side dish.

For example, you can deliciously cook spaghetti with cream sauce and chicken.

Choose quality spaghetti

We choose spaghetti with the inscription on the package "group A", this means that the product is from wheat of solid sorts.

In any case, spaghetti should be prepared al dente, that is, boil in water for no more than 15 minutes (the best option is 8-12 minutes). It is not necessary to wash quality spaghetti, it is enough to simply throw them into a colander. The chicken should already be prepared by this time.

Chicken meat cut into short strips and boil in a saucepan until cooked (that is, for 40 minutes). Then using the resulting chicken broth, you can cook soup.

While the meat is cooling in the broth (about 20 minutes), for the spaghetti with chicken, prepare the cream sauce.

Let's add a little chicken broth to the cream. We will sell garlic through a manual press or carefully interpreted in a mortar. Fill the cream mixture with chopped garlic, lightly pepper. To improve the taste and smell, add the sauce with a few drops of lemon juice, and you can also slightly add it, so that the dish does not seem tasteless. You can also add a little bit of prepared mustard to the sauce (of course, without preservatives). Thoroughly mix the sauce, you can wipe it through a sieve, which however, not necessarily. We cook spaghetti.

Chicken meat is removed from the broth with the help of a broth and put into a serving dish together with the desired amount of ready-made spaghetti. Pour the cooked creamy sauce, sprinkle with chopped herbs (you can still grated cheese - it will be much tastier).

Of course, a chicken with spaghetti in a creamy sauce (as well as any other) is served without bread. For better mastering, it's nice to serve a glass of light table wine white or pink.

Ingredients:

Chicken meat cut into short strips, sweet pepper - straw, and peeled onions - half rings or quarter rings. We warm the oil well in a frying pan. Quickly on a strong fire, fry immediately all together: meat, onions and sweet peppers, in the process of mixing with a spatula. Reduce the heat to a weak, pour in the wine, and bring it to readiness under the lid (about 20 minutes).

In a slightly diluted water or wine tomato paste, add the crushed garlic and cream.

We cook spaghetti.
