  2. Prepare buckwheat. Rinse a glass of cereals and pour it into the thermos. Pour three or three and a half cups of boiling water. Close it, leave it on the table until morning.
  3. If you do not have a thermos, pour the rump in the same proportion with boiling water in a saucepan, and put it on a battery or another warm place, wrapped in something warm, even in a blanket.
