Omuraysu

Omuraysu is a Japanese omelet with a filling that looks more like a pie with its appearance. A delicate shell of beaten eggs is covered with a juicy filling of minced meat or, for the most part, rice. This dish is served with ketchup and various authentic sauces. It is more ideal than breakfast.
