- wheat bran, sifted - 425 g;
- water 1.6 liters;
- milk - 380 ml;
- eggs - 1 piece;
- butter - 1 teaspoon;
- finely chopped fresh parsley and dill;
- salt and sugar - to taste.
Cooking method:
- sifted bran in a pan with boiling water and cook over low heat for 1 hour;
- the resulting broth filter, again bring it to a boil and remove the pan from the fire;
- beat half of the egg with milk and with constant stirring pour this mixture into a hot broth;
- add salt and sugar to the broth and heat it up, not letting it boil;
- Before serving the soup on the table in each plate put a little butter and pour the finely chopped fennel and parsley.
In addition, you can simply mix oats and wheat bran in equal quantities and use them when baking instead of flour.
