During training, a deep diaphragmatic respiration (belly) alternates with delays of several seconds. And we need oxygen for effective fat burning.

The bodyflex system contains exercises for the press and for the legs, for the hands (biceps and triceps), as well as for the chest. You will spend only 15 minutes a day for classes, but regularity is important here: every day without reservations. Exercises

  1. "Diamond" - we connect hands at the level of the chest, fingers touch and form an imaginary diamond. Exercise develops the biceps and pectoral muscle.
  2. After breathing, raise your hands back and up, like wings, keep the position for a few seconds. Exercise gives a load on the triceps muscle and triceps.
  3. We form a semicircle from the hands at the groin level, we keep the tension in our hands. We develop biceps and deltoid muscles.
