Weight loss with a one-day dry fasting will be from 1 to 3 kilograms.

If you practice dry fasting regularly, weekly, in the subsequent times the effect of weight loss will be reduced.

Of course, during fasting you will feel the demands of the stomach in eating, dry mouth. Moreover, to think and plan dry fasting is much easier theoretically than to withstand even the first hours. If your motivation is inadequate, you will surrender very quickly and more than that, with stress, you will fly into food. This is very harmful.
