To make homemade wine from currants, we pick berries from twigs, sort them and thoroughly rinse them with boiled chilled water. We transfer them into a deep container and crush them with a crib. Next, we prepare sugar syrup: in a separate bowl we pour water and pour sugar. Remember that it depends on how much you put the sugar, it depends what kind of result the wine - dry or semisweet. We put the syrup on a weak fire, and cook until the sugar dissolves constantly, stirring. Then we cool to a temperature of 22 degrees and fill them with red currants. We put the fermentation tank in a dark place for about 5 days, after which we filter the drink through gauze and filter it through cotton wool. Ready wine is poured into pre-prepared bottles and clogged with stoppers, washed in wine.

Recipe for wine from currant and black chokeberry

We take a 20-liter bottle and fill it with berries: black currant, raspberry and red currant. Then we add there the black chokeberry and the dark unwashed grapes. Sugar, about 3 kg, diluted with boiled water and pour the syrup into a container with berries so that they were completely covered. Then the bottle is properly sealed with a special stopper with a tube, the end of which is lowered into a jar with clean water and leave it for 2 months. After a lapse of time, the liquid is gently drained, filtered and we add unwashed raisins to it. Now dilute the remaining sugar with water, mix and pour the berry infusion and sugar syrup into a clean, dry bottle. We cork it, and after about 1.5 months we enjoy the fragrant and pleasant taste of the wine from the currant without yeast!

Homemade fortified wine made from currant

Berries carefully mash, pour vodka and set for 10 days in a dark place. Then filter through gauze, pour sugar, stir and warm the wine a little over a small fire. As soon as the sugar is completely dissolved, we pour the drink in bottles, clog it and store it in the refrigerator or cellar.

We leave to isolate the juice in a warm place for about 2 days. Then squeeze the juice from fresh apples and add it to the resulting juice of black currant . The resulting mixture is insisted for 5 days in a closed vessel, then pressed, add sugar to taste and pour in alcohol. After this, the mixture is left for another 7 days. As a result, we got real home-made wine from black currant.
