In the pan, pour in water and add slices of butter. When the latter is completely melted, and the liquid comes to a boil, rinse the corn groats with cold water and pour into a saucepan. Reduce the heat, put the buds of the carnation and cook the porridge, stirring regularly, for about 15 minutes. Before serving, remove the cloves, and add the porridge to honey or other selected sweetener.
