Rice pour 600 ml of water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until the water is absorbed completely, and the rice does not become soft. Once the rice is ready, fill it with a mixture of vinegar and sugar, cover with a wet towel and let it cool.

Avocado is peeled, cut into strips and poured with lemon juice to ensure that the pieces do not darken. We distribute the rice on the nori sheet, leaving a centimeter edge free at the bottom and at the top of the sheet. From the top of the sheet we put a slice of salmon, next to it - a piece of avocado. To taste, you can add a pair of chives. Wet the rice-free edge of the leaf and cover the filling with it, roll the roll with a bamboo mat or dense food film. Once you get to the free bottom edge, do not forget to moisten it, and after that, gently tamper the roll with your hands.

With the help of a knife soaked in water, cut the sausage into 8 separate rolls. Serve rolls with smoked salmon along with soy sauce, marinated ginger and wasabi paste.

Rinse the rice to clean water and let it dry for 15 minutes. Rinse the rice into a saucepan and pour 200 ml of water. Add the sake. We bring the water in a saucepan to a boil, reduce the heat, cover the lid and cook until the water is soaked for 15-20 minutes. We fill the rice with a mixture of vinegar and sugar, salt, let cool for 15-20 minutes.

The nori sheet is placed on a bamboo mat, we distribute rice along it. At the top edge of the sheet we put fish and cucumber slices. From one edge of the filling put a small bulb of wasabi and smear it along. We fold the nori with a rug, cut into separate rolls and decorate the caviar.
