The other day in his Instagram Account, the famous American television actress Catherine Heigl laid out a photo of herself on the eve of the birth, and also remembered how hard her baby Joshua was born.
At 9am one year ago today I had @joshbkelley take this photo of me so I could remember how incredibly pregnant I was right before we left for the hospital and my 12pm scheduled cesarean. Joshua Jr had to be in the breech position for a month and had not enough an inch of this time. I had never been hospitalized or had any kind of surgery. The second photo is right before I went in for surgery. Trying to look cool, calm and collected! They numbed me up, gave me some morphine and opened me up. My doctor struggled to get him out of the womb. When he finally got him out at exactly 12:33 pm he did not start breathing and they worked quickly to get oxygen in him and start his tiny lungs. @joshbkelley was standing with them when he finally took his first breath. That day, as I slowly came out of the morphine haze and clutched my tiny man to me I mother of three times over. As evening settled in Josh and I got cozy in my hospital room, found one of all my favorites #SweetHomeAlabama on the tv and just read in our perfect newborn son. He was so tiny and new, so fragile and tender. As I laid him down to sleep. Yet here we are, a whole year later and it's only the photos that remind me of my boyhood. Now he's 26 ponds of rolling, tumbling, grasping, giggling, shouting, curious, jolly energy! He is everything and more than I could have hoped for and he has brought our family even more joy, love, laughter, abundance, bliss and yes, exhaustion and exasperation too! It's been a hell of a year and I could not be more grateful for it or him! Happy Birthday to my little man! Maybe I can make this next year go a little slower!

Katherine decided on this retrospective to celebrate the first year of his beloved little son.
Here's what she said about the photo:
"This picture was made by my husband a year ago, so that I could remember forever what I was when I was carrying my son. That day exactly at noon I should have had a cesarean section, since our baby was lying wrong. Of course, I was very worried, because before that, I never had to deal with surgical interventions. "
On the next self, the concentrated and courageous Catherine tries to take herself in hand before anesthesia. The actress wrote that the doctors had to sweat to extract the son from her womb, because the baby was not ready to be born, moreover, he even did not breathe for a while!
The medical staff was forced to give the newborn oxygen and the first to see the crumbs, greeted his independent breath was the husband of Catherine - musician Josh Kelly.
11 kilograms of happiness
The actress recalls that for a long time she could not recover from happiness and believe that she was holding her first-born. She thanked heaven for becoming a mother with many children (Katherine and her husband have two additional daughter's daughters).
According to her, the son seemed touching and tender. A year later, only a photo reminds how fragile was her present fuss. One-year-old chubby little son weighs as much as 11 kilograms and gives loving parents many joyous troubles.

Catherine admitted that this year was very difficult, "just hellish", because Joshua brought many changes to her family's life: laughter, love, bliss, but at the same time constant irritation, fatigue. Nevertheless, the actress is very grateful to fate for such a gift.
