Crab sticks in plain and beer batter

Crab sticks just like children and beer lovers. A hostess whole basins crumble from them salads or stuffed with various fillings and served as rolls as an exquisite snack. Cheese for the filling is rubbed on a fine grater, mixed with garlic and mayonnaise passed through the press to a homogeneous viscous mass. Gently untwist crab sticks, plastered on top with a thin layer of filling and again folded into rolls.

Proteins for beer batter are separated from the yolks and hide for a while in the refrigerator. And yolks we rub with salt, we pour cold beer and water to them. Lightly beat whisk and, gradually adding flour, knead the dough, as on a pancake.
