To prepare this dish, we disassemble cabbage on inflorescences, cut long petioles, lower them into boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes. If you are using frozen broccoli, dip it into cold water and cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling. Then drain the water and set aside the saucepan to one side.

Macaroni is boiled in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Next, throw the finished products in a colander. After that, we heat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it, throw the chopped garlic clove, lay the pasta and boiled broccoli, gently mix and remove from the fire.

Now let's prepare the cheese-and-milk sauce. To do this, heat the flour on a dry frying pan to a pinkish color, add the butter and rub it so that there are no lumps. Pour the milk into the frying pan, whisk thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Warm up the sauce until thick, but do not boil. As soon as the mixture begins to bubble, we reduce the fire to a minimum and pour the finely grated cheese into the mixture. Add salt and spices to taste. We hold on very weak fire for another 3 minutes, stir constantly. Now put the pasta with broccoli on warm plates, sprinkle with cheese, pour hot sauce and immediately serve.

The bulb is peeled from the husks, crushed and fried until golden. Chicken fillet washed, cut into small pieces, and broccoli assorted inflorescences and arbitrarily shredded together with processed cauliflower. Cut tomatoes into slices. Now lay out the meat and fry for another 25 minutes. Then add the cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes and spices. Pasta separately boil until ready, drain the water and run into a pan with vegetables.
