In cold water, put the smoked bacon and turn on the heat, and after boiling put the peeled and half-cut onion into the chicken, into three parts carrot and peeled celery root. After you remove the foam, you can put the pea peppers and continue to cook for at least an hour at a low temperature.

Then take out the chicken, strain the broth, you no longer need the cooked vegetables, they have already given everything they need to the broth. From the broth, pour out 500 ml in reserve, and most of it again put on heating. And again waiting for the boiling to put in the peas, it will be cooked for at least an hour, it depends on its grade and, of course, whether it is broken or not. When the peas are cooked, you can use the submerged blender to improve homogeneity and kill it. After pour in the meat, having previously disassembled the whole leg and large grated carrots, then wait for half-ready carrots, salt the soup and literally for a couple of minutes put the laurus in it. The remaining broth, you can adjust the density of soup. And chopped parsley will undoubtedly decorate every portion of this dish.
