This romantic and gentle name of the dish was due to its composition: it harmoniously combines nuts, chicken and grapes. And thanks to its amazing, spectacular appearance, the salad of "Tifani" will attract everyone's attention and will not leave anyone indifferent!
Tiffany salad - recipe
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 1 pc .;
- grapes without pits - 200 g;
- green onions - 50 g;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- white cabbage - 200 g;
- cheese - 100 g;
- salt, pepper, lemon juice;
- mayonnaise - to taste.
Preparation
The whole salad is laid out in a salad bowl, thoroughly coating each layer with mayonnaise. So, first put the boiled chicken cut into thin strips.
Then top spread the shredded cabbage, seasoned with sugar, salt and lemon juice to taste. The third layer is put on a grated cheese on a large grater of hard varieties. Then finely chopped green onions, grated on a fine grater boiled eggs. Now everything is filled with mayonnaise, we carefully level it with a spoon and decorate it with halves of green grapes without pits. We put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, so that it is thoroughly soaked and brewed. Just before serving, we decorate on the sides with lettuce leaves and greens.
"Tiffany" salad with grapes
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 1 pc .;
- curry - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- cheese of hard varieties - 100 g;
- grapes of sultana - 50 g;
- dark grapes without pits - 50 g;
- almonds roasted - 50 g;
- mayonnaise - for refueling.
Preparation
Take the chicken breast, my and a good rub with a mixture of salt, pepper and curry. Leave the meat for 30 minutes, so that it is properly marinated. Then fry it in a frying pan or boil it in a saucepan until it is ready. Ready chicken meat is cooled and divided into thin fibers. Spread an even layer on the bottom of the salad bowl and grease well with mayonnaise. We rub the cheese on a large grater and put it in a second layer. Eggs boil hard, cool, clean the shell and cut into small cubes, spreading over the cheese. Lubricate again with mayonnaise and level it with a spoon dipped in cold water. Then fry the almonds in a dry frying pan, finely chop it and sprinkle our salad abundantly. Once again, blotted with mayonnaise and decorate on top with grapes cut in half, alternating it in color.
