So the temperature of the beef will equal the whole thickness of the piece and the meat will be roasted evenly. If time is short, then you have to go to cooking right away. Rub the meat with a generic mixture of spices, oil and salt. Wrap the beef with foil and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 40-60 minutes. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the piece and the desired degree of roasting.

Herbs rub in a mortar with a pinch of salt, cumin, spread the paste with olive oil and wine, and then mix the resulting marinade with pork tenderloin. Leave the last marinate for at least half an hour. Vegetables are roughly and fairly randomly cut.

Piece of pork browned on a well-heated frying pan to add color to the dish. Place the tenderloin in the center of the frying pan, and at the edges arrange the pieces of vegetables, mushrooms and asparagus. Send everything to bake at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

A rounded piece of pork tenderloin is well washed, and cut in half by about ¾ - in the resulting incision we will lay the filling. For the filling, chop the walnuts, chop the leaves of the sage (if using dried herbs - rub it in a mortar), finely chop the dates and cranberries. Mix all the prepared ingredients with goat cheese and distribute the cheese filling in the resulting notch. Fold the meat, giving it the same shape, and tie it with a string to hold the halves together. Bake meat for an hour at 190 degrees.
