We put the eggs boiled hard, then cool them and clean them.

We need a shallow fireproof mold with even edges. Roll out a part of the dough not too thin layer. Lay out the substrate in a form lubricated with oil in such a way that the edges of the flat cake just over the edge. Let it break up.

Cooked eggs are not very shallow. Onions are cleaned and chopped finely and / or cut into half rings or quarter rings.

We combine chopped eggs with chopped onions, add sour cream and a few spoons (3-5) of flour. The filling should not be too thick or, conversely, watery. You can slightly add this mixture and season with dry ground spices. We mix everything. Fill the substrate with stuffing. Fill the top layer evenly from the mixture of chopped greens and garlic with grated cheese (using 2 / 3-3 / 4 cheeses). From the remaining dough we roll out a layer of the appropriate size and shape, only slightly thinner than the substrate. We impose-cover the pie with this layer and tightly tie the edges. If necessary, trim the edges with a knife. Pie with onion filling is baked in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at 180-200 ° C.

The readiness of the pie is determined by the appearance of the surface, it should become reddened. Surface of the finished hot pie is smeared with butter and sprinkled with grated cheese, it will sublime and adhere to the surface. Before cutting the cake, you need to let it cool down a little.
