Baked chicken with tomatoes - recipes

Recipes for chicken fillet with tomatoes are not very different. Meat with tomatoes or baked under a cheese crust, or stew with vegetables - variations on the meat stew. Nevertheless, just does not mean tasteless. And with the right serving, such a dish is quite worthy to decorate and a festive table.

Chicken fillet washed, dipped with a paper towel and cut across into thinner slices. Each piece of meat wrapped in a food film and lightly beat off from two sides. We make sure that the chops do not rupture and do not break. We rub the meat with salt and spices, sprinkle with basil and leave it for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cut tomatoes into slices. Cheese is rubbed on a large grater. Cover the pan with parchment and lightly oil it. We spread prepared chicken chops . Top them with sour cream, add tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese. We send it to a preheated oven for 200 minutes for 20 minutes.

We serve chicken fillet, baked with tomatoes, still hot - as a main course or with a side dish. Such a ruddy chicken works well with potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables or a green salad.

We remove the tails from the asparagus beans and cut them into small pieces. Sprinkle it with lemon juice. On olive oil fry onion, crumpled with semicircles, until golden. Add the finely chopped fillets and fry until half cooked. After adding the beans, stirring, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat. After 10 minutes, add the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and take another 5 minutes.
