That's what's impossible to do, it's to spoil the potatoes with meat. In any form: boiled, fried, baked, the potato fits perfectly with any meat products. It's hard to come up with a previously unprecedented recipe. It would seem that it can be simpler: potatoes and bacon, but the recipe "Potatoes in bacon" already makes you think. How is this possible, why is the potato in bacon, and not vice versa? It's very simple! We explain.

First we boil the potatoes, but so that it does not fall apart, do not digest the tubers. We cut the bacon into long narrow strips, and each potato is "dressed up": we put on such a belt of bacon that it does not fall off, pin the free edge with a toothpick.

And now we send the "dressed" potatoes for 15 minutes in the oven. It is very convenient to do this in a small baking tray. Now their great variety is being sold. To the bottom, of course, do not forget the butter. And before the meal we decorate with greens. Potatoes baked in bacon, absorbs the melted fat, and absorbs the aroma of bacon. This is, so to speak, an improved, more festive variation of potatoes baked in bacon. Do not even spoil the holiday table. The recipe is completely repeated, and mincemeat is added for filling the potato tubers.

Do you remember how avocado cups look without pits? These are the rooks we need to cook from boiled potatoes. In the resulting notch we place the filling from grated cheese, mixed with finely chopped eggs, garlic and mayonnaise. Then, as in the top recipe, we put on a belt, we pin and send stuffed potatoes to bake in the oven, for 20 minutes.

What is good about this recipe is that it's possible to make minced stuffs different. Very delicious is this dish with minced meat from fried with onion mushrooms, with soft cheese cottage cheese and garlic, with minced meat from fried eggplants with greens, from soaked cheese with greens ... Make four cross-sections on each potato, cutting about a third of the tuber into the depth. In each slot put on a slice of bacon, literally lightly smearing a slice of gruel from a grated clove of garlic. Pepper with a mixture of ground peppers, salt, if necessary, and wrap each potato - "hedgehog" - in the foil. Now it is not terrible to put the potatoes directly on the grill in a heated oven. Bake 15 minutes. Foil, gently bend, so that each potato is in a cup of foil, and on the table we serve potatoes in foil , or serve separately. We eat with greens and sauce.
