We remove the mackerel, cut off the head and take out the bones. Then the fillet is thoroughly washed, cut into pieces, poured and left for about 1 hour. In another bowl, mix the tomato paste, add the vegetable oil and dilute with cold water. Whisk everything until a thick mass is obtained, and then gently dip the fish fillet into the prepared mixture and fry the mackerel in the heated frying pan in oil. After 3 minutes, carefully turn it over and fry on the other side until golden brown. We serve fish with pickled cucumbers or pickled mushrooms.

Fried mackerel in batter

Pre-defrost the mackerel, rinse and gently cut off the head. Then gently pry the abdomen with a sharp knife and extract all the insides. Again rinse the carcass from the inside and along the back we make a deep incision. After that, we divide the mackerel into 2 parts, take out the ridge and all the large bones, separating them from the fillets. Next, we cut the fish into small pieces and put them into a deep plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pour dry wine. We leave the mackerel marinated for 1.5 hours, putting it in the refrigerator. Now we roll each piece in flour, and in another plate we break a chicken egg, we throw sesame and salt. Frying pan is heated by pouring a little vegetable oil into it. Dip each fish slice in batter and put it on a hot frying pan. Fry mackerel for 5 minutes on each side, covering the top with a lid.

Mackerel fried with onions and carrots

The mackerel is carefully washed, dried with a towel, we remove the central ridge and cut the fillets into small pieces. The bulb is rinsed, processed, pulverized in half rings, sent to a skillet with oil and we pass for several minutes. Carrots are cleaned, shredded with thin cubes and added to the onions. Then pour in a little of the natural soy sauce, stir and simmer on a small fire for 5 minutes. Next, put tomato paste and lightly dilute with water. In another pan, fry separately the fish, until the appetizing crust appears, and then combine it with vegetables and stew all together until ready, stirring.
