We leave them to marinate for about 2 hours, but not more than 12. On the way out you will get wonderful pickles that will complement most traditional oriental dishes.

After you have prepared the cucumbers, that is, they have washed and dried them, and also cut off the tails, we put them in a jar along with the leaves of horseradish and currant, dill sprouts and squares of the cleared horseradish root. Boil the water, pouring it at the rate of: a tablespoon of salt per liter of water. In salty boiling water we put the mustard in the mortar and put the contents of the cans with the resulting solution. To get sterilized salted cucumbers that will stand all winter, cover the jars and put them on the water bath for 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, cover the lid, and turn the banks and cool.

Recipe for crispy pickled cucumbers in a jar for the winter

Cucumbers cut into circles are saturated with marinade faster than their whole counterparts, and therefore it will be possible to sample the preform after 2 days after rolling. A similar way of cooking is also good for preparing quick lightly salted cucumbers.

In the saucepan pour the vinegar and fall asleep with sugar. Next, put peppercorns, fall asleep salt and put everything on medium fire. When the sugar is completely dissolved, increase the heat and let the marinade run off for 5 minutes.

Cut garlic cloves and cucumbers into slices 5 mm thick. We put cucumbers with garlic and herbs in a sterile jar, pour a barely boiling marinade and roll. Crispy salted cucumbers on this recipe will stand in your pantry throughout the winter.

Prepared cucumbers cut into 2-3 parts (depending on the size) and lay out on cans along with garlic, hot pepper and dill. In the saucepan, boil a mixture of vinegar with water, salt, sugar and peas of black pepper. Fill cucumbers in jars with marinade and cover with a lid. If you plan to prepare salted cucumbers for the winter, then pre-sterilize the cans in any convenient way.
