Now we are preparing the filling. For this, we cut the sorrel with thin straws, and the salmon with cubes. We put everything in a salad bowl and fill it with fatty cream. Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Carefully put the prepared stuffing in a fish and put it on a baking tray. Around the fish we have a potato cut in half to keep it in shape. Then put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 35 minutes.

Carrots, potatoes and leeks are put in a bowl of oil, mixed and put on the lower level of the steamer. In the upper tier we put rings of onions, and on top fillets of mullet.
