Fish with carrots

Delicate fish fillets can be prepared in various ways, but the most budgetary is the way of cooking using the most affordable vegetables, in our case - carrots and onions. It's about these simple and very dietary recipes that we'll talk about later.

Braised fish with onions and carrots

Carrots are cleaned, cut in half and cut into blocks of approximately the same size. Onions cut into large rings.

In a deep frying pan pour 1,5 st. water, add salt and turmeric. We spread fresh greens, onions rings, carrots and crushed garlic cloves into the frying pan. Reduce heat to a minimum and stew vegetables under the lid.

Meanwhile, fish fillet seasoning on both sides and quickly fry in olive oil (2-3 minutes on each side). We put the fried fish over the vegetables and water it with a mixture of smoked paprika and the remains of olive oil. Continue to extinguish the dish under the lid until the carrot is soft.

Fish, stewed with carrots on this recipe can be prepared and in a multivark. To do this, lay the vegetables and raw, but flavored fish in a bowl and simmer the dish with water using the "Quenching" mode. In the middle of the cooking, open the lid and pour the fish with butter and paprika.

Fish baked with carrots in the oven

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. We cover the baking tray with paper. Carrots put on a baking sheet and pour oil and half honey. Do not forget to season the root caraway seeds and salt with pepper. Bake carrots for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, or until soft. For 5-7 minutes until ready to put on a baking tray with carrots and put the fish. The fillet should first be sprinkled with half a paprika, salt, pepper and fry in olive oil for a minute on each side.

Onion cut into thin rings and mix with parsley. Carrot cut into slices and add to the salad. We finish the dish with a fete and dressing, prepared on the basis of the remnants of honey, paprika, butter and lemon juice. Marinated fish with carrots perfectly combined with a glass of white dry wine.
