Sand cake with jam

We cut the oil into cubes and grind it together with flour. In the crumb we add sugar, salt and eggs. With the help of a mixer, everything is thoroughly beaten. Form the dough into a bowl. We wrap the ball with film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form the baking grease with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour. 2/3 of the test is cut off, and the remainder is returned to the refrigerator. The dough is rolled into a layer and placed in a mold. We stick dough with a fork over the entire area, so that it does not swell when baking. Put the jam on top of the dough layer. The remainder of the dough is rolled and cut into strips. We lay strips on top of the jam layer so that they form a mesh.

We bake an open sand pie with jam at 190 degrees, pre-lubricated its surface with whipped yolk, about 25-30 minutes.

Margarine and flour grind into crumbs, along with sugar and spices. Dough rolled into a ball and covered with a film. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut off the ball 2/3 of the test and roll it into a single layer. We put the formation in the mold and we pierce it with a fork all over the area. On top of the dough distribute the filling of jam or jam, mixed with lemon juice (you can also add zest) and vanilla extract. In this recipe is not necessary to use only apricot jam, you can prepare a sand pie with apple jam or any other kind of it.

The remaining dough is crumbed with fingers and sprinkled with a cake from above. Together with the test, also sprinkle the cake and crushed nuts. We bake the cake at 180 degrees 35-45 minutes.
