  1. Start with the preparation of a yeast base, for which the first thing to mix flour, yeast and sugar, and separately from them - warm milk, water and oil. Then, both mixtures are combined together and the resulting mass is mixed for about 5 minutes.
  2. After a lapse of 5 minutes, the remaining flour is poured in portions into the dough, and the egg is also beaten in between the portions of flour. The dough is kneaded for another 8-10 minutes, and then left in the heat for proofing.
  3. When the dough is doubled, it is rolled out and cut into rings, after which it is left for a repeated hourly proofing.
  4. Approached donuts fry in deep-fried until blanching, and then proceed to sugar glaze.
  5. For the glaze it is enough to mix all the ingredients together, and then dip the donuts into the resulting mixture.

A recipe for delicious donuts at home

If you do not have enough conventional fried donuts, then try to make round donuts with a filling. As a classic filling is usually custard or chocolate ganache, but we will keep seasonal recipes and prepare a filler from apples.

  1. For the test, first melt the butter and heat the milk. Mix all the ingredients from the list in one container and start mixing the dough for 10 minutes.
  2. The elastic and smooth dough should be left on the hourly proof in warmth, and take the preparation of the filling yourself.
  3. Peel the apples in small pieces, place in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients from the list. Boil the mixture until it acquires the consistency of jam. Completely cool the stuffing.
  4. Approached donut dough roll to a half-centimeter thick, cut into slices, leave in the heat for half an hour, and after fry until blanch.
  5. Using a pastry bag or syringe, fill the donuts with apple stuffing and proceed to the tasting.

  2. Separately, beat the pumpkin puree with eggs, sugar and vegetable oil. Pour liquid ingredients to dry and knead a homogeneous dough.
