Preparation
Sift the flour, previously combined with the powdered sugar, into a deep small bowl. Here we wipe good (chilled) butter through the holes of a large grater, and after that we drive a large egg. Very carefully mix everything and form a dense knot of shortcake, which is covered with a layer of food film and sent for an hour to the refrigerator compartment.
In cottage cheese we add vanillin, any fruit jam, but since this sweetness will be a little too little, then we will add sugar to it. Pretend with a spoon or fork until smooth. Next, put the diced pears crushed with cubes and re-mix the entire stuffing.
We take the dough, we roll it out with a rolling pin into a layer no thicker than 1 centimeter. We move it into an already prepared small shape and lay it out so that its edges lie on the sides of the mold. Spread out and spread the fragrant sweet stuffing, and then put everything in the oven, heated to 185 degrees for 35 minutes.

- sunflower oil - 50 ml;
- fatty sour cream - 50 ml;
- sugar - 80 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
Filling:
- fatty cottage cheese - 550 g;
- fine sugar - 60 g;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon;
- pears - 3 pcs.
Preparation
In sunflower oil, drive in a fresh egg, pour in fine sugar, and also spread fatty sour cream and turn on the mixer and mix everything. Now gradually pour the flour into this mass, forming a dough. At the very end, we introduce the baking powder together with the last batch of flour. Prepared delicious dough immediately rolled out into a larger circle than the opening of the bowl multivark, as, laying the dough, the edges are placed on the walls of the container.
Cottage cheese combine with small sugar, eggs, add vanilla extract and blender at high speed all the whisk. We move this airy and light mass onto the surface of the dough already laid out and spread out, weeding the halves of juicy pears (without cores).
