We mix in a mug yeast with slightly warmed milk, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Place the container with the opaque in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Grind the onion and garlic in any convenient way (meat grinder, blender) and mix with minced meat, season with salt and ground spices. In the filling is also good to add a little grated cheese, so it will be much tastier.

Raise the dough dough and divide into 2 parts, one of which we leave in a bowl with the other working.

Roll out a piece of dough into a cake 3-4 mm thick. Using a punching mold or a round glass, make circles. For each dough-substrate from the dough, place a small portion of the filling and fold it in half. We connect the ends of the semicircle and fasten, like pelmeni. In the same way, we make shapes with meat stuffings from the second part of the dough.
