We wash out a good potato tuber and carrots and boil in water until ready. In another saucepan, cook hard-boiled eggs and put them in cold water for a minute. When ready, we cool the vegetables, clean and cut them with small cubes. Similarly shred, pre-cleaned eggs, doctor's or milk sausage, previously washed and dried dry cucumbers and peeled salad onions. The apples are peeled from the peel and seed box and also grinded.

Then you can do two things. Mix all the prepared ingredients together, adding canned peas without brine, salt and season with mayonnaise. But for a more delicate taste of the ready-made dish, experienced culinary experts recommend connecting and mixing the ingredients one by one, starting with those that keep the shape better and finish with softer ones. For the preparation of salad "Olivier" we need chicken fillet, raw potatoes and carrots to finish. Boil them traditionally in water or cook for a couple.
