Salad with fried champignons - recipe

Everyday salads are already a little peppery, and you want something new and original? Then we offer to prepare a delicious and tasty salad with fried mushrooms.

Salad "Sunflower" with fried champignons

In salted water, cook until ready chicken breast and, without removing the meat from the broth, cool it. Then remove the skin from the cooled breast, remove all the bones and shred the meat across the fibers, very thinly. We process the mushrooms, cut them first in half, and then cut the plates.

On a large fire, we warm up the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put mushrooms there. Fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add salt to taste and remove from the plate. Eggs boil hard boiled, we separate the squirrels from the yolks and separately we rub on a large grater. Then mix the proteins with mushrooms, and combine the yolks with chicken, add mayonnaise and mix. Now lay out the salad "Sunflower" layers. First comes a layer of fried mushrooms, then cover everything with chicken paste and gently level it. Top with sprinkled grated cheese, decorated with olives and chips on the sides.

To make a simple but very tasty salad of fried mushrooms, clean the onion, cut into half rings, pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the water, and dip the onion into the marinade and leave for another 30 minutes, after which we thoroughly wash it with cold water. To prepare the marinade, combine the vinegar with water in a bowl, add a little sugar and mix. Mushrooms shred the plates, fry on vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Pre-cooked in a uniform potatoes are cleaned, rubbed on a large grill with melted cheese, and cut the eggs into small pieces.

When all the ingredients are ready, start spreading the salad in layers in the following order: first grated potatoes, fried mushrooms, then marinated onions, a little mayonnaise, eggs, melted cheese and grease all with mayonnaise. Carrots are cleaned, cut into thin strips and also fried on vegetable oil to the full. Hard cheese we rub on the middle grandson. Olives are thrown first to the sieve, to get rid of excess fluid, and then shinkle with thin rings. Dill greens are washed, dried and finely chopped.

We connect in a deep bowl fried champignons, cooled carrots and grated cheese. We add olives, sweet canned corn without juice and chopped dill with mayonnaise. We mix everything thoroughly and lay out the ready-made salad with roasted champignons and cheese in plate saucers.
