Chicken zrazy

An excellent dish for a meat table are chicken zrazy. The tender chicken flesh is especially harmoniously combined with filling on a mushroom base, creating an excellent taste composition.

To prepare this dish you can use as a chicken fillet, as well as pulp from the legs and thighs. In the second case, zrazy turns out to be juicier, but also more caloric. If the breast is taken as a basis, then it is necessary to add to the chicken ground, soaked in milk loaves, otherwise the dish will turn dryish.

Preparing for the preparation of chickens, we initially take up the mushroom filling. To do this, peeled onion and chopped onions, let's pass on the refined vegetable oil in a heated frying pan to transparency, and then add previously washed and chopped mushrooms and fry on moderate heat until the whole liquid is ready and evaporated.

Meanwhile, soak slices of bread in milk and leave for a few minutes. Chicken pulp crushed with a meat grinder or blender, using the nozzle "knife". Add one egg to the meat, a few pinch of salt, a bit of ground black pepper and mix thoroughly. We squeeze the bread that has been soaked in milk, crush it in the same way as the meat, add it to the meat mixture, mix it well and discourage it a little.

We divide the forcemeat visually into six equal parts, each of which we take with moistened hands, we form a wide cake from it in the palm of our hands, we put the filling in the center, we turn the edges and, sealing them, we form oblong sight.

We load the products first into the beaten egg, then breaded in breadcrumbs and laid out on a heated pan with refined oil. Fry them from two sides, and then place in a suitable form for baking and cook in the oven for twenty minutes at a temperature of 185 degrees.

Taking as a basis the proposed recipe, you can also cook incredibly tasty zrazy from chicken minced meat with mushrooms and cheese. To do this, by the readiness of the mushroom filling and its cooling, we add to it a hundred grams of grated cheese and mix it.
