The recipe for cupcakes with chocolate
Vanilla cupcakes with liquid chocolate are a perfect treat for breakfast or evening tea.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- butter - 150 g;
- sugar - 1 ½ st .;
- milk - ¾ st .;
- eggs - 6 pcs .;
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp.
- wheat flour - 2 items;
- soda (or baking powder) - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - pinch.
For filling:
- black chocolate - 120 g.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Form for cupcakes lubricate with oil or cover with a paper cup-base. We pass to the preparation of the dough: softened butter, put sugar in a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer (about 2-3 minutes). We add egg whites (yolks will not be needed), milk and vanilla extract, which can be replaced with a bag of vanilla sugar, and again beat. We pour the flour, baking powder and salt, mix.
Fill each of the molds with ¾ of the dough and place a piece of chocolate in the center. We bake cakes for 25 minutes, let them cool down completely, and sprinkle sugar powder before serving. As an ornament, a cupcake with hot chocolate can also be covered with cream or fondant.

Cupcakes cooked according to this recipe will give you and your loved ones a double pleasure, because not only the filling, but the dough itself contains chocolate.

- butter - 100 g;
- sugar - 2 items;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon;
- flour - 2 items;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- cocoa - ½ item;
- almond shaving - 1 item;
- milk - 1 ½ st .;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon.
For filling:
- butter - 50 g;
- cocoa - ¼ st .;
- powdered sugar - 1 item;
- milk - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
For the dough in one bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract, in another: flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Then we combine the ingredients from both bowls and bring 1½ cups of milk.
Lubricated with oil, fill the form with 3/4. On top of each cupcake sprinkled with almond shavings. We bake muffins for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. In the meantime, we will prepare the chocolate filler: in softened butter we cover cocoa and sugar, beat whisk until uniform, slowly adding milk. Fully cooled cupcakes are filled with chocolate filling using a pastry syringe and served to the table. Bon Appetit!
