In a deep bowl, pour in the sugar and rub it with a whisk with eggs until the foam appears. Melt on low heat butter margarine, add vinegar to the slaked soda, mix and pour everything into a bowl with eggs. In this liquid mixture we introduce wheat flour and, carefully mixing we get a short dough. With a sharp knife, cut it in half and roll one part into a centimeter layer, and the second while we put it in the freezer. Rectangular form is covered with parchment and we spread the dough on it, while the edges of it are brought to the sides of the mold. The entire surface of the spread dough (except the sides) is smeared not with a thick layer of the jam you have chosen.

During this time, the second part of the cut dough has already cooled, so we take it and rub it on the grater over the jam layer. At 180 degrees in the oven we bake this simple and beautiful grated pie with a delicious thick jam until it is gently golden.

Frozen butter wipe through a large grater, drive eggs to it, pour ordinary sugar and a little vanilla. Then mix everything with a spoon, as if a little rubbing. Having received a more homogeneous state of the mixed ingredients, we sift to them the wheat flour connected with the baking powder. And now we knead soft, dense and tasty dough, from which we separate 1/3 part and put it in the freezer. The rest of the dough is not very thinly rolled out and placed on a small, greased baking sheet.

Lemon, together with zest, is twisted through a meat grinder with a large mesh. We merge the juice, mix the remaining gruel with the sugar and distribute it along the dough, without touching the edges, which we slightly raise upwards. Next layer spread the sweet, without sour, jam. We rub the top of the cake with a frozen slice of dough and send the baking sheet into the oven, heated to 185 degrees. We bake only 25 minutes.
