Boston pie with custard

It is an amazingly delicious and tender pie, which is more like a cake. It's pretty simple and not very greasy.

Eggs are mixed with sugar until a thick foam. We connect the disintegrant, vanillin and flour, sift and add to the egg mass in 3 doses, mix well. Milk and butter are warmed until the oil dissolves and stir hot into the dough. Biscuit bake in the form at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For cream, mix the yolks with vanillin, sugar and starch and mix well. Milk is boiled, set aside and in a thin trickle we put the egg mixture there, then put it back on the stove and stir it for 2 minutes until it thickens. After it has cooled, let's stir in soft butter.

For the glaze we mix sugar, cream and cocoa, mix and prepare a chocolate sauce on a water bath.

Warm biscuit cut into 2 cakes, make a thick layer of cream, and top with glaze.

Greek pie with custard and confiture

An elementary simple pie with custard on a manga. They say that he was brought to Greece from Turkey, but he got so accustomed there that he became a national favorite.

Eggs beat with vanillin, sugar, and ground up with a manga until uniform. Milk warmed and poured into the egg mass, we pour into the saucepan and set to cook, stirring all the time. When a thick cream is made, we remove the cooling. In the already cooled cream, add 100 g of oil. Sheet well patted with melted butter and lined with half of the dough, lubricate it with oil and pour out the cream. On top, lay out the second half of the dough and again abundantly oil it. Bake for 40 minutes at 175 degrees. Ready to cut the pie for portions and use confiture.

Apple sand pie with custard

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, chilled butter, grate it on a grater or chop into pieces and dry with dry ingredients in a crumb. We add the egg, sour cream and mix the dough, which we put into the refrigerator. We clean apples and cut them into plates. The cooled dough is visually divided into 3 parts, 2/3 of it is rolled out and lined into shape, leaving the sides, and 1/3 is rolled and cut into strips. We put the apples in a mold, pour a warm cream, and on top lay out the strips of dough. Bake for 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
