Ingredients:
- pressed yeast - 55 g;
- milk - 505 ml;
- sour cream - 175 ml;
- egg - 4 pieces;
- margarine - 185 g;
- sugar - 195 g;
- flour - 1,9 kg.
Preparation
In a small amount of warmed milk, bred pressed yeast and throw a few spoons of sugar. After 20 minutes, add a little flour and mix the spoon. Margarine melt, and beat the eggs with a mixer. When the yeast comes up, pour them into a deep bowl and throw all the prepared ingredients. We knead a dense homogeneous dough, wrap it in a film and send it to cool for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Yeast dough for pies on a frying pan
Ingredients:
- flour - 495 g;
- milk - 205 ml;
- fresh pressed yeast - 35 g;
- sugar - 5 g;
- vegetable oil - 35 ml;
- iodized salt - 5 g;
- egg category C0 - 2 pcs.
Preparation
In warm milk dissolve fresh yeast and granulated sugar. We sift the flour into a large bowl, make a shallow pit inside and pour out the carefully diluted yeast. Whisk the vegetable oil with eggs and a pinch of salt. We pour this mixture into the flour and proceed to kneading the dough. We do this with clean hands, gradually mixing the flour with the opaque. Next, we collect the mass in a bowl and immediately use the dough to make the fried pies!

Ingredients:
- flour - 415 g;
- kefir - 255 ml;
- vegetable oil - 135 ml;
- iodized salt - 5 g;
- sugar - 10 g;
- pressed yeast - 20 g.
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the pressed yeast with sugar and carefully rub it with a fork. Kefir slightly beaten with vegetable oil, salt and heated in a microwave to a temperature of 37 degrees. Then add the yeast to the warm mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Then add a sifted flour in portions and mix a soft, but resilient dough. Cover it with a kitchen napkin and remove it for 1.5 hours in a warm place. After 40 minutes, we well knead it and send it on to rest. After this, we proceed to the formation of pies with any filling and frying them in a pan.
Super fast yeast dough for pies
Ingredients:
- flour - 865 g;
- boiling water - 1 item;
- dry instant yeast - 10 g;
- sugar - 10 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- vegetable oil - 35 ml;
- milk - 205 ml.
Preparation
Yeast is dissolved completely in warm milk, we throw there the same small salt, sugar and pour in vegetable oil. In a bowl, we sow flour, make a groove and gradually introduce the yeast mixture. Further we dilute all with a glass of steep boiling water, knead the dough to elasticity and immediately proceed to making pies.
Delicious yeast dough for pies
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 995 g;
- milk - 495 ml;
- sugar - 265 g;
- salt - 5 g;
- Vanillin - to the taste;
- margarine cream - 105 g;
- dry instant yeast - 10 g.
Preparation
So, cream the margarine and melt and cool a little. Then we pour in milk, put dry yeast, throw sugar, vanilla and salt. All mixed, in small portions pour the sifted flour in advance and knead the soft dough. Pour the saucepan with oil, spread the dough into it, tighten it on top with a clean food film and put it in the warmest and dryest place for several hours.
