Dilute a little sugar in the water, pour the yeast granules, and after stirring, leave all the minutes for 10 to activate. Separately, beat the eggs and the remaining sugar. The flour can be slightly podsolit, and you can immediately mix with liquids (including with whipped eggs) to form a thick dough without lumps. Add the raisins. Then the dough remains portionwise fried on both sides, folded pancakes with a pile and serve with a serving of honey, sour cream or yogurt .

If you intend to stick to a fasting or simply limit the consumption of animal products, yeast pancakes on water with eggs can easily be replaced by an alternative without adding eggs.
