Potato casserole with minced meat

Potato casserole can be classified as a family meal. Probably, in each family there is a recipe of a delicious casserole from minced meat. All the charm of this dish is that of the remnants of mashed potatoes and with a small amount of meat and imagination, you can cook a full dinner for dinner.

Peel potatoes and cook them. In the minced meat add sour cream, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper. If desired, you can add greens and garlic. All mix well. Put a stuffing in a deep baking dish. From boiled potatoes make a thick mashed potatoes. Pour the mashed potatoes over the stuffing and smooth it. Gently spoon the pits in the mashed pot, depending on the number of eggs. In each hole pour the egg, salt and pepper it. Top with cheese, grated on a large grater. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Casserole with minced meat and vegetables

This casserole can be cooked using any seasonal vegetables. It does not need additional ingredients like cheese, mayonnaise or ketchup, as it is already delicious at the expense of vegetables.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into round shapes and put them into a deep baking dish. Minced fry with finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and put into a mold over the potatoes. Eggplants cut, like potatoes, then lay them on top of minced meat and a little salt. Cut tomatoes and peppers into slices. Cut the cauliflower with inflorescences and put everything over the eggplant. Add salt and spices to taste, cover with foil on top and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. When the casserole is almost ready, remove it from the oven and remove the foil. Prepare the fill. Mix eggs, milk sour cream, sprinkle a little and pour the casserole on top. Bake for another 20 minutes until completely ready.

Cook the rice and make minced meat. Finely chop the garlic and onions, fry in vegetable oil. Add minced meat, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and oregano. Stir constantly until it is cooked. Cut the tomatoes into slices. In a deep oiled form, lay out layers - minced meat, rice, tomatoes, without forgetting a little pepper and salt. The last layer should be tomatoes. Soften bread for toast in water and squeeze it. Add the finely chopped parsley, the softened butter and mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass. The mixture is laid on top of a tomato and sprinkle with olive oil. In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, bake for 35-40 minutes.

Finely chop the onions. Dilute the vinegar with water in a 1: 1 ratio and pour onions for 15 minutes. Grate the cheese on a grater and mix with mayonnaise and eggs. Forcemeat salt, pepper and mix well, place on a baking tray. On top of the mince lay the pickled onion in vinegar and pour it all with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
