Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 500 ml;
- canned corn - 2 cans (340 g each);
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- onion - 1 piece;
- cream of 20% fat content - 400 ml;
- boiled chicken meat - 200 g;
- salt, curry, rosemary, thyme - to taste;
- olive oil.
Preparation
Onion finely crumb and fry in olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add the cubes of peeled potatoes to the same frying pan, pour all the broth, bring to a boil.
