Peas soak for at least 8 hours, and preferably at night. Cut the meat from the pits, crush it and set it aside. We clean and cut the carrots quite finely. We rinse the swollen peas, pour water, bring to a boil, cook for about 5 minutes, then drain the water. Again, pour peas water, add carrots and chicken bones. Cook until ready to peas.

By this point, there should be a liquid in the pot a centimeter or two above the cooked peas. We extract the stones (throw them out) and lightly cool the peas with carrots. We rub by a crush or in a blender. Return the meat to a pot of peas, add dry spices. Season the soup with crushed garlic and red hot pepper. We pour soup into soup cups or beautiful deep ceramic bowls. Greens, including, chop the onions finely and serve in a separate saucer - each embroidered himself, how much he wants. You can also add a spoonful of sour cream to the soup (it must also be served separately).

To such a soup it is good to serve a glass of caraway or aniseed vodka, horseradish with honey or pepper. Bread is best dried, it should be from rough flour, unimportantly, rye or wheat. You can even throw crackers in the soup cup.

You can go to the preparation a little differently and make a delicious pea soup with smoked chicken in a more refined and healthy form. To do this, we use frozen peeled green peas (widely distributed in retail chains and quite useful product).

We remove the skin from smoked meat (it is especially uncomfortable, and we minimize harm in this way) and cut it in small pieces. Frozen peas washed and pawned in a pan with slices of meat and chopped carrots. Cook after boiling on low heat for 5-8 minutes. We add broccoli, disassembled into kitties, red sweet pepper, cut into strips, and leeks, chopped in circles. Cook for another 5 minutes (not forgetting to remove the foam). Season soup with dry spices and hot red pepper. We pour out the ready soup in soup cups or plates. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.

You can use canned young peas to make this soup, but it should be noted that it is less useful than frozen, fresh or even dried, as it is steamed during canning. In this version, after we opened the jar, drain the liquid, and pour the peas into the soup for 2-5 minutes until ready.
