Then pour in sour milk, lightly whisk the dough with a whisk and lay it on the table, sprinkled with flour. We mix the mass well, roll the dough with a rolling pin to about 2 centimeters thick. After that, take a saucer and cut out small cakes. Next, transfer them to a greased baking sheet a short distance from each other and bake 15 minutes until lightly browned. We serve the ready-made cakes on milk without yeast warm, sprinkling sesame seeds at will.

We sift the flour well into a bowl and mix it with a pinch of salt. Then gradually pour in warm milk and mix well until smooth. Then add the chicken egg, lightly beat and spread the pieces of butter, chopped pieces. We mix a homogeneous steep dough, pouring flour if necessary.

Now we collect it in a ball and, as it should, beat off the table for 15 minutes. After that, cover the dough with a towel and give him a little rest, after which we again beat off. Repeat this procedure 2 more times to make the dough smooth, homogeneous. Then we pick off a small piece from it, lubricate it with oil and roll it into a thin layer. We put the cake on milk on a dry frying pan and fry from two sides to a golden color. Then immediately lubricate it with a creamy or melted oil and add the ready-made cakes with a pile. Cover them with a towel, give a little rest and serve on the table instead of bread.

Cheese cakes with milk

For the preparation of dough for flat cakes on milk, wheat flour is sifted with salt into a separate bowl. We rub the homemade cheese into a small griddle. Softened cream butter put into a bowl of flour and grind the ingredients into a large crumb. In the received weight we pour out grated cheese and we pour in milk. We mix everything thoroughly and knead a soft plastic dough. Then we spread it on the table, sprinkled with flour, and rolled into a layer 1 cm thick.

With the help of a glass or any other round mold cut out small circles. The pan is slightly lubricated with creamy maslitsem, or lined with bakery paper. Then we shift the cakes to the prepared baking tray, grease them with a small amount of milk and sprinkle them with hard cheese. We send everything in a preheated oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

When our cheese cakes are baked and covered with a golden crust, gently remove the baking sheet from the oven, transfer the flat cakes from flour and milk to a dish and serve it on the table. This dish can be prepared not only in the oven, but also with the help of a conventional well-heated frying pan.
