Potatoes are often used as the main product of casseroles. This dish turns really nutritious, tasty, despite the simple combination of products. It can be served for dinner on weekdays or as a hot on the festive table.

First, prepare the base of the dish - mashed potatoes. For this, peel the potato tubers into several pieces and boil them until they are ready. Do not forget to pre-salt your water. Cut the boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes with a crush or blend with a blender, add butter, pour whole, warm milk and mix well.

Peel the onions and garlic finely and pass in a frying pan with vegetable oil until the onion is clear.

Chicken flesh chop with a meat grinder or blender, shift to vegetables and also brown, stirring. At the end season the sauce with salt and pepper. You can now add fragrant herbs to your taste.

In a suitable form, thoroughly oiled, dispense half the puree. Top with minced meat. Cover it with a generous layer of grated hard cheese and again a layer of the remaining potatoes. Now beat the eggs to splendor, add a little salt and pepper and fill this mass with the ingredients in the form.

Send the dish to a hot oven (200 degrees). After 35 minutes the ruddy casserole will be ready. Let it cool down a bit, and you can serve a dish, prisrusiv top chopped greens.

From chicken, make minced meat (not too small) or chop the meat with a knife. Add mashed potatoes, eggs, sifted flour and shredded greens. Spread the workpiece in a carefully oiled form. Send the oven to 200 degrees preheated for 40 minutes and wait patiently until the casserole is cooked and well browned.
