The recipe of a chicken roll at home has absolutely nothing to do with baking. In fact, this dish is either a cleverly shaped jellied in the form of sausages, or a baked chicken roll mixed with a wide variety of ingredients: from prunes to omelets.

The resulting layer of meat align with the thickness, cutting off excess pulp and placing it on those places where the pulp is smaller. For a simple marinade, it is enough to mix adzhika with chopped garlic and a pinch of salt. Distributing the marinade over the surface of the pulp leave the chicken marinated, and take the stuffing yourself.

The first component of the filling is an omelet. For its preparation, it is necessary to beat eggs with a small amount of milk and salt, and then fry the mixture. Mushrooms save with onions and chill the roast.
