Lamb in pots with potatoes

Lamb is washed, dried, we separate the flesh from the bone, put the bone in a saucepan, fill it with water and cook for 40 minutes. Onion is peeled and shredded by semirings. Garlic crushed, and cut potatoes with medium cubes. Prunes are washed and cut in half.

Then we put the prunes and the onion. We pour the meat broth into the pots, cover them with lids and put them in the preheated oven for about 2 hours.

Chicken fillets, legs or wings are cut into small pieces and fried in a pan. Separately pesserize the onions chopped with semicircles. Potatoes are cleaned and chopped into cubes, carrots are rubbed on a large grater, mixed with potatoes and salt to taste. In the ceramic pot we lay out layers: firstly roasted onions, then chicken and a layer of potatoes with carrots. From above pour the remains of the oil from the pan, grease with mayonnaise and put a piece of butter. Pour almost to the top with cold water, cover with a lid and cook in the oven for about 1 hour.
