As a rule, everyone perceives little bits as small cutlets from chopped meat or poultry, but we decided to go further, moving away from trivial recipes and preparing this popular dish on a very unusual basis from mushrooms, liver and fish, individually, of course.
Fish cube with cheese - recipe
Ingredients:
- fish fillet - 750 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- grated Parmesan - 45 g;
- bread crumb - 30 g;
- greens of mint and parsley;
- cedar nuts - 20 g;
- pinch of nutmeg.
Preparation
Having checked the fish fillet for lack of skin and bones, finely chop it by hand or beat it for a few seconds with a blender at low power to get large chunks of fish at the outlet. Ready mixed meat mixed with egg and bread crumbs, add nuts and grated cheese, followed by greenery with a pinch of ground nutmeg. The pinch of salt is also, of course, required. Lepim bitos pre-moistened hands or greased them with vegetable oil, and then we roll everything in additional portions of crumbs or fry so, without breading. The ruddy color of the bitlets will inform you of their readiness.
Recipe for hepatic bitters with gravy
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 480 g;
- white onion - 45 g;
- slices of bread soaked in milk - 2 pcs .;
- egg;
- flour - 35 g;
- baking powder - 5 g;
- vinegar - 7 ml;
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- starch - 5 g;
- clove of garlic;
- broth (vegetable or meat) - 290 ml.
Preparation
Chicken liver chop in small pieces and combine with chopped onions, squeezed from excess milk bread crumb and egg. To keep the little bitches in shape, sprinkle a little flour on them in a mixture with a baking powder. In the final we add vinegar and a good portion of salt with freshly ground pepper. After frying the beads until uniform browning on both sides, put them aside and take up the gravy.
For gravy garlic fry half a minute with tomato paste and pour the starch solution in the broth.
Mushroom beans - recipe
Ingredients:
- champignons - 640 g;
- olive oil - 25 ml;
- boiled pearl barley - 1 1/2 st .;
- flour - 55 g;
- water - 30 ml;
- salt and dried oregano - by pinch.
Preparation
Spasseirovav champignons, whisk them with boiled pearl bar and spices, add a little water and divide the mass into portions. From each portion we make cuddles and roll them in flour, leave in the refrigerator for an hour, and then fry. Served separately with gravy or in a vegetarian burger.
