Beans are cut into segments and stewed in vegetable oil for about a quarter of an hour. Tomatoes are scalded and removed peel, shredded cubes. Pepper cut into thin strips, removing the seeds. The chilled omelet is cut with strips like pepper. Mix everything together, add finely crumbled greens, salt and season with lemon juice. You can sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds - it will be even tastier.
