Pancakes without eggs

Pancakes - baking or fried products, like tortillas, are made from a fairly liquid dough. Pancakes are a dish known since ancient times, like pancakes and cakes. The tradition of making pancakes goes back to pagan solar cults.

It is not necessarily made only from flour and water, often richer (with milk or liquid fermented milk products, sour cream, butter). Pancakes with milk without eggs - recipe

Slightly warm the milk, mix it with sour cream, add sugar, salt, soda and sifted flour. Knead the dough. If you fry in vegetable oil, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter in the dough. If you plan to bake pancakes on fat, this is not required (by the way, this method is more healthy). It is better to let the dough stand for 20 minutes, then mix again, but you can bake it right away. Grease the frying pan with lard or pour a little oil. Pour portions of the dough into a frying pan using a large chef's spoon or a small ladle. With the help of a regular tablespoon, small pancakes are obtained, which children usually like, which, by the way, are not bad to attract to cooking from a certain age. Bake or grill pancakes with a flip until the appearance of characteristic ruddy-golden hues. You can serve pancakes with sour cream, honey, jam, with any sauces and unsweetened snacks.

Approximately following the same recipe (see above), we prepare pancakes without eggs on kefir. Kefir by volume we take as much as flour.

To make pancakes without eggs turned out more magnificent, prepare the dough for yeast. Soda, of course, is excluded. Ingredients use the same as in the previous recipe (see above). We include a packet of dry yeast or three times more fresh pressed.

We prepare by a sputtered method. Mix in a large cup 2 tbsp. Spoons of flour with sugar and milk (or kefir, you can cook on water), add yeast and put in a warm place for 20 minutes, let it fit. In the spit add sifted flour and other ingredients.

Spicy nourishing fritters without eggs with minced meat, pumpkin and cheese

Pumpkin three on a small grater, and it is better to paint with a blender. We connect pumpkin and minced meat, add yoghurt, flour, grated cheese, spices, shredded greens. Thoroughly mix, the density of the dough should be approximately like that of sour cream or medium-thick yoghurt. We bake pancakes or fry in a pan. We serve with delicate sauces based on yogurt, sour cream or cream.
