Potato cutlets with sausage

So, potatoes are cleaned, boiled until cooked in slightly salted water with the addition of laurel leaves. Next, we cool it and rub it on a small thyme. Bulb grind and passeruem on a heated frying pan in vegetable oil to transparency, and then add to the potatoes. To the total mass, drive in eggs, salt to taste and mix until homogeneous. Frankfurters are cleaned from the packaging, shredded in circles and lightly browned in a frying pan. Now we take a small amount of mashed potatoes and form a cake from it. We spread the sausages from above and lightly press them to the base, forming a cutlet. We pan each in flour and fry from two sides to a ruddy crust. After that, we shift them to a dish and serve them with pickles and favorite sauces.

Cutlets from sausages and cheese

Sausages are cleaned, grated on a grater, mixed with grated cheese, beat the egg, put sour cream and pour in the flour. Chips are poured onto a cutting board, covered with a paper towel and crushed with a kitchen hammer. Then pour the crushed chips into the previously prepared forcemeat and mix. After that, we form small cutlets with our hands and fry them in a warmed vegetable oil until ready. Well, that's all, the original and delicious cheese cutlets with sausage are ready!

Cutlets from sausages and crab sticks

Crab sticks are removed from the package, and together with cheese and sausages grind on a grater. Then pour everything into a bowl, add the squeezed through the press garlic, break the eggs and pour gradually flour. Solim the dough to taste and mix it well with a spoon. In the frying pan pour the oil and warm it. From the prepared dough we pick off small pieces, we form from them little bits, we fall in flour and fry until golden brown.
